It said, “Walk in Beauty.” How wonderful is that? I have been a walker for decades; it’s my favorite form of exercise and how I meditate and formulate my innovative endeavors. It is the way I de-stress and launch the rubbish that rummages through my thoughts. Walking is an awesome manner to floor yourself and circulate power. It is rhythmic, and it is the perfect herbal form of workout. I even have a heritage in natural fitness and restoration; I have studied and practiced the recuperation arts of color, sound, touch, aromatherapy, nutrition, and electricity remedies for years. I remember that healthy thoughts, body, and spirit lead to an extra sense of pleasure, proper well-being, and peace. I use the tools of those diverse healing modalities to infuse my existence and those of my clients. I have additionally acknowledged that “splendor is in the eye of the beholder,” an expression we all study as kids. To see beauty is to be splendor; this is something we’ve all heard, but how often will we bear in mind it?
